About the Job

Our candidate shall be ideally helping one of our Premium Clients who provides banking services in partnership with Peoples Trust through a mobile app and prepaid Visa card. The candidate should have an excellent customer service skills and be passionate about helping customers in resolving their queries via Live Chat / Call and ensure that they are satisfied with the service offered.

Job Description:

  • Responsible to provide excellent customer service, solving questions and complaints through web-chat and voice based communication tools. (Primarily Chat).
  • Customer’s queries would be in English + French Canadian Language (Chat+Voice)
  • Responsible to receive incoming Chat conversations / Calls and respond to inquires in a manner which meets quality and performance standards

Candidate Profile

  • Intermediate / Diploma in French (B1, B2 and above)
  • French Canadian Language Proficiency (Verbal & Written)

Preferred Skills/Abilities/Exposure:

  • Should possess effective French Canadian communication skills (Verbal & Written)
  • Willing to work in Night Shifts (24/7)
  • 100% Work from Office
