Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handling complaints and reporting to respective Supervisor / Zonal Head /Operations Head / Project Head to resolve within timelines.
- Maintain documentations.
- Preparing Vehicle deployment reports.
- Preparing Daily assert collection, MCC and RCC reports.
- Hands on software application (Desktop).
- Sending MIS reports, shift, daily and monthly basis.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Excellent skills in MS Office Like Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Good Working Experience related to IT/GPS/RFID/Biometric(Attendence).
- Ensure 24/7 network connectivity C4 (Command Control Center) and HQ office.
- Assist and support C4 Lead in effective functioning of C4 activities.
