Job Description:
Provide Oracle applications solutions to an exclusive range of Customers within the organisation
Evaluate customers business requirements, needs and objectives and transform same to company processes, solutions and modules being implemented.
Develop solution design, Testing and Support.
Analyze and solve complex customer issues related to data and processes.
Provide necessary support for Oracle Financials modules like GL,AP,FA and AR.
Enhance and update knowledge on domain field practices and related technology.
Develop know-how and expertise in domain field products.
Perform daily activity reporting against plans and schedules.
Skills :
Minimum 6+ years of Experiance in Oracle EBS Financial Functional skills in Modules like AP,AR,GL,CM,FA,EB Tax and OPM
Role Profile:
The Applications Systems Supervisor provides techno-functional support and manages Oracle Financials daily operations, handling daily support requests of medium complexity end-to-end, from preparing initial business requirement document to implementing on time. This role also determines the technical support resources needed to handle enhancements and assist in planning resources.
The below Key Performance Areas include but are not limited to:
- A university degree in computer science or engineering or an MBA or CA qualification.
- At least 6 years’ of experience in Oracle Financials (techno-functional) AP, AR, GL, FA, CM and PM.
- Good technical skill in PL/SQL, Oracle Report, Oracle Discoverer and XML reporting.
- Strong client relationship skills.
- Able to work under pressure, with the ability to multi-task.
- Good communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- Willing to travel or relocate if the business requires.
- It would also be an advantage if you have R12 and team management experience.
Knowledge:
- Keen interest in emerging technologies
- Aptitude for programming language
- Sound communication skills
- Willingness to work long hours to meet business needs
Skills:
- Technical or specific skills eg SQL , Windows, Linux, Acess and MS Office
