Experience: 3 to 8 years

Key Skills:

3-8 years of experience in end to end IT recruitment function prefer someone who has worked on BFSI domain or IT hiring.

Excellent communication, client service and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

Meet the hiring demands for the responsible areas

Improve process to ensure the efficiency and quality of hiring as well as better experience for both hiring managers and candidates

Manage the communication with key stakeholder and support team members in communication with hiring managers wherever necessary

Contribute to the initiatives in TA Team for Continuous Improvement

Work collaboratively with other TA members in running TA programs

Help team members in solving problems wherever necessary, serve as a point of escalation wherever needed

Other tasks assigned by the manager

Create sourcing strategies which include advertising, social media, employee referrals, partnerships for all roles

Resume screening against job description requirements

Conduct all relevant communication and skills testing as required with candidates

Maintain accurate and timely documentation on all jobs, candidates, hiring managers interactions and other activities to ensure a thorough audit trail

Create reports around current recruitment activity for lines of business

Actively look for opportunities to improve the recruitment policies and practices and make appropriate suggestions within team meetings
