Position Title – Customer Support Executive
Education: Graduation Not Required
Location – Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the voice of the organization to the existing customers
  • Assist, support and help Acko customers across all policy verticals by resolving their queries and doubts
  • Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure customer queries are resolved on time
  • Be able create and sustain customer relationships and success

What are we looking for

  • Sharp analytical mind, who enjoys thinking on their feet
  • Proficient in English and Hindi verbal communication
  • Strong Emotional Quotient to support customers with empathy
  • Should be willing to work from office
  • Should be comfortable to travel to work by themselves
  • Should be comfortable to work 6 days a week with 1 rotational off
