Role Summary
Workplace Culture and Values immersion using industrial and organizational psychology
– Apply psychological principles and research methods in designing interventions to improve the overall work environment, including performance, communication, professional satisfaction, and safety.
– Build relations and initiate maximum communication with employees especially amongst Gen Zs to understand the current barriers to positive workplace culture and design solutions to them
Key Responsibilities
• Contribute to the development of positive psychology at workplace through role modelling Biocon values and the behaviors
• Design and drive initiatives including research and diagnostics (e.g., annual employee engagement surveys and exit interviews) to maintain the engagement of all employees and build organizational commitment to the desired workplace culture
• Work on effective internal communications to ensure our values are clearly understood by every individual employee
• Advise, guide and support employees in people and workplace culture related functions
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain consistent and complimentary policies and procedures to the extent possible
• Drive continuous innovation as our culture and take initiatives around the same
• Percolate G2G objectives to the lowest level and link G2G to reward and values
• Drive Culture pulse surveys with actionable outcomes
