Job description

We are looking for enthusiastic professionals for Voice / Non Voice Process who possess flawless communication and expertise in Technical skills. If you have excellent customer handling skills, are tech-savvy, love learning and implementing new technology, with the passion to guide to customers, we would love to talk to you.

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to understand the issue and route to appropriate team
  • Ticket Creation/Categorization/Prioritization
  • Incident resolution and recovery
  • Ensure on meeting daily KPIs
  • Receiving and making end user calls
  • Provide first level resolutions

Qualification Required

  • Good written & Verbal communication
  • Interested to work in voice Process (BPO)
  • Any graduates
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Flexible to work in Night shifts / Rotational Shifts
  • Ready to work from Office

Walk-In timings 09:00 AM to 01:00 PM
