SKILLS REQUIRED :

  • Should be a subject matter expert and have in-depth understanding of all functions of End to End RCM regard to US Healthcare
  • Strong knowledge on healthcare principles and concepts.
  • Should have good experience in creating Quality Forms & Reports, identification of error parameters, conducting FMEAs & Brainstorming sessions.
  • Good at Process Documentation, creating SOPs & Process mapping.
  • Strong Client interaction and Management Skills.
  • Good Communication Skills, Analytical Skills and Interpersonal Skills.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review of allotment and work load balancing.
  • Overall production planning and monitoring.
  • Day to day management of client deliverables and escalation.
  • Day to day people management & Performance and feedback Management.
  • Team and operation Representation for client calls.
  • Verifying the core system to control the workflow including data management.
  • Invoice, P/L Review (monthly basis).
  • Operational Crisis, BCP, Backlog planning and management.
  • Establish a robust quality assurance utility & culture that focuses operations management on improving service quality, minimizing cost.
  • Develop a strong and high performing team that ensures good quality of work for clients & establishes and maintains Quality improvement activities according to regulatory requirements, policies, procedures and contractual agreements.
  • Identify & lead process improvement initiatives in all RCM functions that drive business value.
  • To advise the team on the norms required to maintain quality Standards as per the SLA.
  • Provide detailed assessments of revenue cycle processes with focus on positive outcomes through process improvement, training and cost savings.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in transforming the revenue cycle processes to increase revenue, by minimizing inventory for each work function by performing root cause analysis.
  • Plan and coordinate resources for new accounts.
  • Review performance of different processes regularly with the team and with Operations Heads.
  • To be able to identify process gaps and initiate discussions with client and should be able to effectively articulate the benefits.
