Process: Voice (Inbound calling)
Language : English + Hindi (Fluent)
Shift: Rotational Shift
Job Location: Pocharam Hyderabad
Flexibility Work from Office only

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum qualifications:

  • Graduates with experience (must) in Customer Service and experience in credit cards / banking / customer service.
  • Experience in customer service processes.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Ability to provide great customer experience / solve customer issues/ Ability to upsell.
  • A capacity to work on a computer efficiently for extended periods of time.
  • Meeting the process CTQs on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries and customers concern over phone.
  • Making outbound calls to Customers as required.
  • Provide support for Recovery of the account for end user.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of client process and policies.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our customers.
  • You should be responsible to exhibit capacity for critical thinking and analysis.

Preferred qualifications:

We are inviting applications for the role of Process Associate, Collections
Responsibilities
•    Collect the delinquent amount from the customer over the phone or take promises from them on making the payment
•    Make collection calls to the customers, emailing/faxing invoices or getting hard copies mailed out to customers as per their requests also Reconcile orders to match customer books, including validating credits or debits and sending them to customer for collection or refund and Follow up on customer/internal disputes, customer questions and working between departments to get a resolution
•    Inbound & outbound calling
•    Provide payment plans basis customer requirement
•    Maintain a deep understanding of client process and policies

•    Graduate (in any stream)
•    Excellent Communication Skills (verbal and written)
