Roles and Responsibilities
- – Prepare agreements upon request, ensuring the supporting documentation is complete
- – Manage agreements from preparation to execution by both client and affiliates and third parties
- – Ensure executed documents are properly prepared for filing, properly filed and/or forwarded to the
- appropriate party for filing (either electronic or physical, as required)
- – Flawlessly execute financial or other transactions generated by the completion of the agreements, as
- required
- – Maintain existing agreements (i.e. schedule updates, expiries, etc.)
- – Accurately enter agreement data in the appropriate databases, as required
- – Perform regulatory tasks as required by the business unit supported
- – Prepare reports as required by the business unit supported (i.e. monthly and annual reports etc.)
- – Support other team members during peak activity, vacations, and absences
- – Assist in special projects assigned by CS management
- – Comply with all controls requirements in the execution of all work
- – Carry out all the above responsibilities with a high degree of autonomy and escalate issues as appropriate
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience in Customer or vendor setup / contract setup / Tax setup (preferable) or corporate experience in handling records, data
– Working knowledge of business system / ERP (SAP, PS, Oracle); Well versed on Microsoft Excel and knowledge of Powerpoint, Word and Access
– Good communication – written and verbal
– High attention to details and accuracy
– Resilient to stress and executing repetitive tasks
– Controls awareness and customer-centric, general interest mindset
– Good team player with positive/can-do attitude
– Excellent time management, flexibility, prioritization, proactive, and workload planning skills
– Good analytical skills & problem solving skills
