Desired Candidate Profile

  • Any Graduate or MBA with 5 -10 years of sales experience in Banking / NBFC / AMC / Insurance Industry
  • Planning activities for sales, identification of training needs and measurement of product penetrations, customer awareness and satisfaction
  • Should have experience in selling Mutual Funds and LI / GI
  • Should be into Direct Sales
  • Team Player, Good Communicator and Presenter

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handling team of Freshers & Experienced RMs
  • Managing Branch Profitability and Individual Self Source Targets along with Team Targets
  • Ensuring productivity of Center & Relationship Managers as per the objective/goals of the company
  • Managing HNI clients or closure of sales on all products without subsequent delegation
  • Cross Selling and Up Selling of all the Financial Products available in the organization
  • Ensure the security, policies and audit procedures are followed as outlined by policy
  • Meet Compliance Requirements
  • Meet Goal Sheet parameters
