Minimum Qualifications:
- MBA in Marketing from a Tier 1 /2 college
- Certification – Google Digital Marketing, Google Adwords, LinkedIn Digital Marketing

- Hands-on experience with running 360-degree Marketing Campaigns consisting of ATL, BTL, Digital & Social Media Campaigns

Roles and Responsibilities
Campaign Management: Planning, Strategising and executing Marketing Campaigns including
- Above the line Marketing (ATL) on TV, Outdoor Hoardings, Print Ads, Press Release, Radio etc,
- Below the line (BTL) marketing including sponsorship, events, seminars, on ground activation campaigns
- Digital Marketing including SEO, SEM, SMM, Display campaigns, Email Marketing.
- Content Marketing including Blogs, Videos, podcasts, articles.
- To measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Brand Management:
- Enhancing the Brand Value of KC among key stakeholders like- Students, Universities, Partner Associates, Franchisees and Employees.
- Ensure consistency in the Brand language & experience across all Physical and Digital touch points Branch Branding, Collaterals, Website, Creatives, SMM etc
- To enhance the outreach of KCs presence to create awareness & consideration to achieve the stipulated targets
Team Management:
- To manage and develop a team of in-house event, marketing, design and content professionals to plan and execute all marketing strategies of KCs brand development for B2C & B2B products and Services.
- To monitor and track their performance and productivity against KRAs
- Build a highly efficient team of marketing professionals
Strategizing, Collaborating, Budgeting & Reporting:
- To brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- To evaluate end-to-end customer experience and user journey across multiple channels and customer touch points
- To instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
- To collaborate with Internal stakeholders like Business Heads and management teams to understand goals and objectives
- To collaborate with external agencies, vendors and other partners for brand success
- To plan the annual and monthly marketing budgets and to optimize the budget spend to give maximum return on spends
- Negotiate and get the best deal from vendors related to marketing and promotions
- To identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- To act as an individual contributor to drive the overall marketing strategies & execution as an when required
- To provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where being responsible for several high-visibility initiatives and programs including rebranding of Organization
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience & other requirements:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Marketing across B2C, B2B products and Services. Candidates with prior experience in Educational Industry / Service Industry would be apt for this position
- Design marketing strategies specifically for lead generation and should have handled this in the previous assignments
- Driven a wide range of functions such as product & services marketing, market research, competition intelligence, marketing process administration, event & outdoor marketing
- Demonstrable experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM teams, apt in handling marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
- Experience in optimizing user journey and user funnels
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, etc.)
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in branding and marketing and measurement
