Roles & Responsibilities
*Responsible for revenue generation through marketing activities
*Responsible for achieving sales targets set by the organization through Marketing Team.
*Supervise all marketing MTMs
*Motivate and manage the subordinates to close target
*Managing customer enquiries
*Supervise and execute localized Marketing Campaigns in co-ordination with Corporate
Marketing department
*Required to be constantly updated with current market situation.
*Responsible for networking with major industry players and Gather informations on
competitors marketing strategy and their activities.
*Verify reports of the marketing employee and cross check the authenticity by calling through
phone
*Concentrate on BTL activities.
*Ensure the follow ups on all address collected
*Invite the customers through phone whom the marketing employee have already met
*Visit and invite premium customers directly
*Ensure that marketing persons are available in all areas coming under the shop, if not inform *HR department about this matter
*Monitor the GPS application
*Build a good relationship with the potential customer and get business for the organization.
*Ensure proper training for subordinate
*Generation of various marketing MIS reports
*Manage the Hoarding boards
*Perform other duties assigned by management from time to time
