What you’ll do:

  • Researching, sourcing and qualifying new leads for sales opportunities
  • Reaching out the prospects via inbound lead follow-ups, outbound cold calls and emails
  • Understanding customers needs and identifying sales opportunities
  • Answering product/service queries and sending additional information via email
  • Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services to potential customers
  • Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers
  • Staying informed about competitive products and services
  • Upselling and cross selling of products and services

About you:

  • 0-1 year of experience in Inside Sales role from IT industry background
  • Hands on experience in a similar role with a good track record of sales
  • Preferably a female who can sit at office and make tele calling and follow-up calls
  • Proficiency in MS-Office and any reputed CRM tool
  • Experience in customer service and relationship building are highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are preferred
  • Strong listening, presentation and sales skills are additional benefits
  • Ability to coordinate, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • You are proactive, willing to learn and a strong team player
  • Any bachelors degree with Sales & Marketing background would be a plus
