PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Data Collection, entry and validation (MS Access/MS Excel) for Client contact information
- Insurance report preparations of multifamily property address information
- Data Reporting of insurance unit coverage dates and locations
- MS Access database management of client accounts and histories
- Support reporting of weekly receivables payments and outstanding amounts
- Create and deliver client aging reports for statement of account
- ACH bank returns reporting and subsequent task actions
- Refund check report preparation
- Create reporting for line item financial entries to post to customer ledgers
- Tracking of all insurance mailings and recording of volumes
- Track volume of all production task items
- Additional Ad Hoc and support to insurance operations
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years supporting US based business
- Advanced skills level in MS Access, MS Excel
- Ability to create Macros in MS Access and MS Excel
- Analysis of data using formulas and advanced functions
- Understands fundamental US accounting principles
- Strong problem solving skills and sound decision making abilities are required
- Ability to conceptualize solutions and judgements according to core business objectives
- Ability to work well with team members throughout the entire organization.
- Must also be able to work with various business partners
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills service and technical communications
- Ability to thrive in a fast pace, constantly changing environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and timeline simultaneously
- Must be able to meet deadlines and provide updates when deadlines are at risk
