Job description
Walk-In drive on 1st Oct., 2022 for Modelers, Sr.Modelers, Analyst, Specialist , Sr.Leads – Hyderabad location.
Durability Analyst:
BE/ME in Mechanical engineering with min 3- 10 of experience in vehicle Durability
1) Should have good experience in Strength & Durability Simulation
2) Very good at Engineering fundamentals and result interpretation
3) Should have good skill set in Abaqus, ANSA/Hypermesh, Nastran or Optistruct or nCode or any equivalent fatigue solver
4) should have good learning attitude, communication and presentation skill
Crash Analyst:
- 3 to 12 years of automotive CAE experience,Crash/Crash analysis.
- Preprocessor – Proficient in meshing using ANSA
- Post processor – Proficient in METAPOST/ LSPOST/ Hyperworks/ PRIMER
- Solver – Working knowledge in LSDYNA
- Intermediate level stress-strain analysis, statics & dynamics knowledge
- Working knowledge of quasi static & dynamic load cases
- Working knowledge of BIW, subsystem and full vehicle integration
Job Description: ANSA/HyperMesh Modeller
1) 2 to 6 years of automotive CAE experience
ANSA /hypermesh Modelling
2) Intermediate level stress-strain analysis, statics & dynamics knowledge
3) Working knowledge of quasi static & dynamic loadcases
4) Working knowledge of BIW, subsystem and full vehicle integration
NVH Analyst:
- 3-7 years of automotive CAE experience with minimum 4 years of relevant experience is required.
- Conversant with body (BIW) architectures
- Thorough knowledge of Trimmed body integration and good understanding of full vehicle integration.
- Independent working knowledge of Nastran (Optistruct /Actran knowledge will be an added advantage)
- Good Understanding on NVH requirements including NVH targets for the body in white & trimmed body.
- Exposure and good understanding to vehicle level NVH assessments for engine and road inputs.
- Execute BIW and trimmed body NVH model integration using CAE tools. (Preferably in ANSA with proper part manager)
- Perform NTF and VTF assessments in the TBIW level and support to reach the target criteria using root cause techniques.
Perform/verify primary vehicle level NVH assessments for tactile and acoustic responses
