JOB DESCRIPTION:
Total work Exp: 10 – 20 Years
RELEVAN EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 5 years of Consulting or client service delivery experience on Amazon AWS (AWS)- Minimum of 10 years of experience in big data, database and data warehouse architecture and delivery
Solution/technical architecture in the cloud
Big Data/analytics/information analysis/database management in the cloud
Extensive hands-on experience implementing data migration and data processing using AWS services: VPC/SG, EC2, S3, AutoScaling, CloudFormation, LakeFormation, DMS, Kinesis, Kafka, Nifi, CDC processing Redshift, Snowflake, RDS, Aurora, Neptune, DynamoDB, Cloudtrail, CloudWatch, Docker, Lambda, Spark,Glue, Sage Maker, AI/ML, API GW, etc.
Familiarity with the Technology stack available in the industry for data management, data ingestion, capture, processing and curation: Kafka, StreamSets, Attunity, GoldenGate, Map Reduce, Hadoop, Hive, Hbase, Cassandra, Spark, Flume, Hive, Impala, etc.
MUST HAVE SKILL SET:
Good understanding and implementation experience in Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Modelling etc.
Experience in data lake design and providing technical direction to data engineer, data analysts, data integration developers and database administrators
Experience in guiding, monitoring, and coordinating with the project solution team across infrastructure, technical, and functional work streams
Experience in review and quality assurance of all architecture and design deliverables (e.g. technical documents)
Experience in performance management of AWS data-lake.
Experience with DevOps, Continuous Delivery
2+ years with any of the following programming/scripting languages: Python, Java, Scala
Experience in designing migration strategy for on-prem applications to cloud. Risk and mitigation planning. Optimizing cost.
RDBMS and No-SQL database experience
Experience with Bigdata, Analytics or IoT services
Knowledge of Agile Methodologies
Knowledge on orchestrating workloads on cloud
Knowledge on legacy database migration to cloud picking the right technologies big data, data warehousing, no sql, distributed caching
Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences
Able to set and lead the technical vision while balancing business drivers and imperatives to help customers build profitable cloud businesses
Strong communication and collaboration abilities in addition to technical depth
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Mentor technical leaders in design and coding
Evaluate industry trends, open source project innovations and drive such adoptions in the company
Design and implement large scale hybrid cloud platform & applications
Design a highly scalable and redundant virtual infrastructure to support the requirements
Develop and manage capacity and growth projection forecasts of the environment within budgets
Provide innovative suggestions for complex implementation solutions
Deliver presentations and tech-talks to both internal and external customers
Actively contributes to strategic planning for at both project & market level
Write technical responses to RFPs & RFIs
Run technology based training for project, accounts teams
