Job description
Desired Candidate Profile:
1. Education: Graduate any + MBA -MKT.
2. Ready to relocate anywhere in India.
3. 2 to 3 Years of exp. in field sales.
4. Age: 25 to 30 years.
5. Should have own two-wheeler.
Roles and Responsibilities: :
- Achieve Sales & Collection targets of the assigned area from existing customers. Identifies contacts – new important/VIP suspect & prospective customer liquidate reseller stocks-retail management, SLMS customer data – competitor master update.
- Tele caller for raw data from SLMS, Web research, and set appointments,Add contacts in Sales lead software
- Supervises territory ,and directs and contact dealers/ distributors for incremental sales. Tour coverage, Identify potential resellers for sales growth.
- Contacts & qualifies End Users & Resellers of area update as calls in Sales lead software. Assist resellers to liquidate the stocks & get orders.
- Organizess Training for wearers of important endusers & survey for RSPM & seminar under guidance of Area sales manager.
Confers periodically with CSS for requisation of adjustments notes, KPA reports for area, Credit limit and credit period request. - Collect customer complaints-feedback report & forward to Supervisor. Get dealer reactions
on company policy. Maintain customer minutes in diary & update tasks.
Review distributor / dealer / reseller stock, orders, payments & enduser list on monthly basis - Collect customer feedback report & forward to Supervisor. Get dealer reactions on company policy. Collect market intelligence of competitors & potential customer and forward it to Supervisor on daily basis.
