Roles and Responsibilities

Voice process:

  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication; Identifying and assessing customers needs to achieve customer satisfaction Maintain records of customer interactions, customer accounts, and file documents.
  • Serving customers by providing the knowledge of the products and services.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information to the customer by using the right methods/tools.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
  • (FRESHERS WITH GOOD ENGLISH COMMUNICATION SKILLS WILL ALSO BE CONSIDERED, TRAINING WILL PROVIDED FOR THE POSITION).
