The new name is effective immediately, and will be implemented across the company’s services.

The new name is a reflection of the paradigm shift in the nature of services that the company now offers through its holistic approach of end-to-end transformative BPM (Business Process Management). The scope and complexity of business processing work and the expectations of clients have changed significantly over the past few years as clients expect transformative value much beyond arbitrage through outsourcing and offshoring.

JD1: Associate Analyst – LPM, Process Lead/Team Lead
Job Location: Pune
Qualification : LLB
Shifts : Australian /General Shift
Experience : 2 to 4 years (Associate Analyst), 5-7 years (1-3 years of expereince in Team Management is must for Team lead position)

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Experience in end to end contract management, which covers Contract abstraction, Contract review, Contract Risk assessment, Contract Obligation management, Gap analysis, deviation analysis, contract administration and Fund administration. Any of the all above experience >2 years.
  • Review of Master agreements, SOW, amendments, letters, MOU, NDA, PO, financial documents, Work orders/non-litigation documents),.
  • Production Support 100%
  • Experience in working on any contract management tool (ARIBA, ICERTIS, APTTUS, any CLM tool) for at least 12 months. It is preferred.
  • Quality control, should have worked under role of QC or QA.

Skills and Qualifications :

  • Law Graduates with 3+ experience in corporates/non-litigation/LPM organizations
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Good written and verbal communication (English) skills
  • Good experience in MS Office tools – Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook etc.
  • Must be able to work in tight timelines.
  • Possesses knowledge of HR operations functional areas. (Not recruitment )
  • Knowledge Management-Documentation reports and Handles Escalation.
  • Knowledge of Employee life cycle Hire to retire will be helpful.
  • Role Maturity
  • Tool knowledge of Workday, ServiceNow and SAP is required.
