Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Monitor all logbooks related to warehouse i.e. temperature, cleaning, weighing scale, receiving and dispensing logbook and etc.
2. Monitor the Overall Cleaning & Housekeeping of warehouse storage area.
3. Update stock cardex / stock ledger for the all materials.
4. Prepare GRN, Quarantine label for the newly received materials.
5. Monitor the unloading of materials.
6. Ensure proper cleanliness of the receiving materials.
7. Check the all documents required with shipment.
8. Forward GRN to QC for further activity.
9. Proper Storage and allocation of all materials.
10. Issue of materials as per production requirement against requisition slip.
11. Prepare gate pass for the materials issued for production.
12. Co=ordinate with QA, QC, production, EHS & Engineering for cross functional activity and other relevant works.
13. Monitor all break down and maintenance related activity and raise work order for necessary rectification.
14. Invoice / Challan forward to finance for accounting purpose.
15. Monitor retest of all raw materials and duly inform to QC.
16. Follow up with QC for release of Quarantine materials to meet dispensing plan.
17. To prepare for any Quality, Internal Audit, Finance. EHS audits / assessments / inspections and attend to the auditors, and assist in compliance of audit points thereof.
18. Preparation of SOP, SOP training and motivate employees & Contract Worker.
