Job Objective: This role aims to update, verify and reaffirm the product details purchased by the clients before activating their subscription on 99acres.com. The role shall also be responsible to provide after-sales support to enhance the overall customer experience.

Job Description:
- Manage product activation of paid owner clients via regular interactions
- Understand the client’s requirements and coordinate the same with various internal stakeholders including design, product, operations, etc. to ensure the smooth functioning of the advertisement product / online listing
- Handle client escalations by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives in a timely manner
- Maintain and sanitize large volume data on a daily basis
- Create customer satisfaction and delight by solving queries related to optimum usage of opted services with quality inputs and provide a resolution within the defined TAT
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills -Mandate
- Prior work experience in customer service/business development/voice process
- Active listening skills
- Comfortable with rotational shifts
Desired Skills:
- Proficient with all Microsoft Office applications.
