Role: Customer Support / Technical Support Executive
Work Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 2-7 Years
Shifts: Should be Ready to Rotate the US Shifts (6 PM – 6 AM Indian Time)
Cab will be provided. (Pick & Drop)

Roles and Responsibilities
- Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.
- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
- Opens customer accounts by recording account information and maintains customer records by updating account information.
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customers complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Perform good troubleshooting steps with technical knowledge.
- Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
- Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Customer service, Product knowledge, Market knowledge, Quality focus, Problem Solving, Documentation skills, Phone skills, Listening, Resolving conflict, Analyzing information and Multi-tasking.
- Good to have knowledge on US Tax & Payroll related processes and products.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Passionate for learning new trends and technologies in IT.
- Good communication skills & ability to work as IC and also mentoring team members.
- Confident in dealing with stakeholders and leadership teams.
Mandatory Qualification:
- Should be a Graduate and Above
- 2+yrs of International Voice Experience
- Preferably from Banking, Financial, Payroll and Product Support background
- Should be flexible in Multi-Model Voice process
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Should be ready to WFO only
