Role & responsibilities :

  • Responsibilities and Duties Provide customer support via phone calls for international customers, in English languages.
  • Resolving customer queries and requests.
  • Manage customer expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions for review and follow-up.
  • Utilize computing and technical expertise to respond to customer inquiries.
  • Regularly review customer feedback and take measures to improve customer service.
  • Inform customers on the steps to follow to exploit services of the company.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Handle customers problems, enquires, and complaints in a professional and timely manner. Provide support to customers in multiple languages via phone, email, or chat.
  • Recognize and refer potential complaints that require support from supervisors.
  • Ensure that customer queries are addressed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Regularly update customer database with accurate information.
  • Any Graduate Fresher.
  • 12th pass with at least 6 months of experience in BPO (customer service).
  • Both side cab service if address is covered in our transport boundary
  • Age Limit 40 Yrs old max.
