6 Months – International BPO Voice experience is mandatory to apply

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals for our International Voice Process (Night Shift) for Work from Home role. This is Voice customer support role involving you handling calls of international clients.

Education
UG :ย  Graduation Not Required

Candidate Profile :

  • Excellent English communication skills (both verbal & written).
  • Minimum 6 Months of International BPO Voice experience is mandatory
  • International BPO Voice Banking experience is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable with rotational shifts (24/7 operations).
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Good typing speed and computer navigation skills.
  • Team player with a proactive and professional attitude.
  • Initial 2 months’ work from Office and WFH afterwards.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide high-quality voice-based support to international customers.
  • Handle queries via phone in a timely and professional manner.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and adhere to quality and performance standards.
  • Work in 24×7 rotational shifts, including night shifts.
