Qualifications

Joint-Venture:
- Own end-to-end process of on-boarding of regional workers.
- Following up on background check results, verifying green alerts and escalate red alerts to Clients background investigations team.
- Manager relationships with JV suppliers and stakeholders
- Host monthly operational governance meeting with suppliers to ensure operational efficiency and compliance is at the top of the agenda
- Work on projects to fix VMS defects or to achieve operational process improvements
SOW:
- Work with POA team in Supplier vetting process, preparation of foundational data, (Rate Card, Request Template and Job Title) complete UAT’s of Supplier on test site and set up Suppliers Entity on VMS tool.
- Work with Client’s Accounts Payable team to set up billing process and supplier profile in supplier hub/payment system.
- Ensure all information Supplier Name/Billing Address are correct in VMS tool, make changes if necessary.
- Provide VMS tool and Invoice Training to Suppliers.
- Train Hiring Managers on daily operations or new enhancements of VMS tool.
- Used coordination and planning skills to achieve results according to schedule
- Creation of SOW, Change order and Project amendment management.
- Handle general enquirers from suppliers and project managers
- Administer Beeline processes (fundamental info being correct and accurate)
- Following up on background check results, verifying green alerts and escalate red alerts to Clients background investigations team.
- Onboarding and managing contingent workers to assigned SOW Project
- Time-sheet and Milestone management of SOW projects.
- Monitor project spend and Invoicing
- Close of Milestone and SOW
- Work on projects to fix VMS defects or to achieve operational process improvements
- Partner with global counterparts on regional/global projects or initiatives
