Prior work experience into Banking or Insurance/Mutual fund/Fixed Deposit/Bond/Home loan/Investment bank is added advantage for us.(Minimum 3 year).

Roles and Responsibilities
- The desired candidate will be responsible for handling a team of telecalling in the Zone.
- Candidate will have to train/guide and mentor the team to achieve their individual targets and of branch target too.
- Should have the ability to motivate the team to achieve their targets.
- His/Her reporting will be to branch manager itself.
- The job location will be in Kanpur and Raebarelly and candidate should be of nearby location or should be willing to relocate in the locations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- The candidate must be having relevant experience of working into Banking or insurance industry.
- The candidate must be having 4 years and above experience of working into telecalling or in team leading profile.
- Must be a graduate.
- Candidate must have to be available in person for the second interview if shortlisted in HR round.
- Immediate joiners or those who can join within 15 days will be highly preferred.
