URGENT HIRING FOR FIXED DEPOSIT DEPARTMENT

Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
- Duties and Responsibilities –
- Responsible for managing and upkeep of the branch
- Manage a team of 5 PSFs
- Cross-sell/Upsell FD & other investment products
- Acquisition target
- Catchment area mapping
- Data distributions to PSFs
- Conduct localized marketing events
Required Qualifications And Experience
- 2-3 years of experience in customer relationship management
- Previous exposure/knowledge of customer service is essential
- Experience of establishing and maintaining relationships with business units / managers for managing day-to-day business
- Ability to effectively communicate and implement policies and procedures
- Ability to manage a team across a diverse range of processes within an operational environment.
- Ability to maintain control, direction and motivation of staff in an ever-changing environment.
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidates having experience in Liabilities Products such as Sales of Fixed Deposit, Mutual Fund, CASA, Insurance etc
- Age – Max 33Years
- Exp – Min 1-3 years
