Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Receipt of material which included, physical receipt of material while ensuring material as per Purchase order, Packing condition / detail and storage or Excess receipt of material, If any.
- Verification of, material description, rates, freight charge etc. with SAP Purchase orders.
- GRN Preparation Ensuring material receipt against requirement for proper accounting (SAP entry)
- Monitoring & maintaining of shelf life / perishable material having life include proper segregation of expired / near expiry material within the time frame
- To comply GMP certification, maintaining daily logs / records for In-house temperature, humidity, housekeeping & dispensing booth etc.
- Issuance of raw material as well as revenue items
