Job description
- The Machine Operator will be responsible for performing various tasks to set up, operate, monitor, troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance on assigned machines.
- Operator will also be responsible for inspecting cartons to specifications and making adjustments / troubleshooting, or tool changes as necessary to maintain quality specifications.
- Ensure tasks are executed in the most effective manner in regard to time, cost and function
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-speed Packaging and Converting environment, follow standardized work and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment
- Communicate with team members and support teams to ensure continuous production of the correct product at high quality levels with minimal wasted time and materials
- Housekeeping and sanitation.
- Strive for ongoing self-improvement through additional training
- Be a team player and contributor in shop
- Show mutual respect for coworkers
Skills & proficiencies
- Knowledge of Flexography printing, Rotary die-cutting, Inks etc.
- Machine make-ready, change-over and Preventive Maintenance.
- Ability to work orders and Manuals
- Teamwork
- Physical Stamina and Strength
- Work Independently
Eligibility
- Any 12+ candidates having Corrugation Industry , Packaging industry work experience.
- Any Printing, Packaging Diploma or Degree holder
Experience
- Experience in a Packaging / Manufacturing environment is a plus.
Location: All over India. However Nort-East region, West region will be preferred most.
Kolkata, Hyderabad/Secunderabad,
Pune, Ahmedabad, Chennai,
Languages: English, Hindi and local language.
IMP: Selected candidates will be trained and placed at the Bobst Customer site, Work location can vary as per customers requirement.
