Roles and Responsibilities
ATP is an Applicant Training Program
Openings: 100
Education
UG: B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization
PG: MBA/PGDM in Any Specialization, M.Tech in Any Specialization, PG Diploma in Any Specialization
Where selected applicants will be a part of a 2 weeks training program and 1-Month Probation Period. On successful completion of both Training and Probation period, applicants will be given an opportunity to join as a Centre Sales Associate (CSA) position at BYJUS.
STRUCTURE OF the ATP: The 2 weeks of ATP is divided into 2 phases, 1 week of Class Room Training (CRT) and 1 week of On the Job Training (OJT).
(A) PHASE 1 : Classroom Training (CRT)First 01 week of the CRT Phase will be conducted in the training location where we will cover the theoretical aspect of BYJUS sales process. You will be involved in various activities during this phase which will be rigorously evaluated by the end of 1 week of the CRT program. Only the candidates who satisfactorily complete the CRT phase will be given an opportunity to start with the next phase of the training program.
(B) PHASE 2 : On-the-Job Training (OJT)The 2nd stage (OJT Phase) starts from the 2nd week of training for candidates who have successfully cleared the 1st phase. Candidates will be expected to conduct demos.
(C) PROBATION PERIOD: Candidates who have successfully cleared both phase will be expected to conduct demos and generate revenue by implementing the theoretical knowledge acquired during the Both phase into practice during the 2 weeks of the CRT and OJT phase.Following the completion of the ATP and PROBATION PERIOD, all input and output numbers will be closely monitored and reviewed to evaluate your eligibility to apply for the Centre Sales Associate (CSA) position at BYJUS.
PERFORMANCE: Productive resources who can actively contribute to revenue generation.
PROCESS ADHERENCE: Process driven people who adhere to the guidelines set by the organization (Example- Number of conductions and sales done/revenue generated/ call time/ call audits. etc.)
BEHAVIORAL TRAITS: Resources whose behavioural aspects are aligned with the company’s culture (Example; Ability to Follow Instructions, Attention to Details, Discipline, Punctuality, Accessibility of Resource during working hours, Code of Conduct in office/Virtually)
WHAT IF CANDIDATE FAILS TO MEET THE EXPECTATION:
Evaluation will happen in both the phases of the training program and Probation Period.
1. Every call made to the customer will be audited.
2. There will be a set target every week to accomplish.
3. The assessment parameters will include performance metrics, capability and quality audits, and feedback from manager/ trainer and HR Team. Upon successfully passing the training program and Probation Period, you become eligible to be offered the role of BDA Centre Sales. You will be able to start the job in the offered ‘Role location’ only after you join the organization as a BDA.
4. Applicants who are clearing Phase 1(CRT) will only be eligible for phase 2 program (OJT)Failure to fulfil the company’s expectations in terms of performance, behavioural aspects, and skill set in OJT program, will result in immediate dismissal from the Applicant Training Program.

Perks and Benefits
Remuneration (ATP):
1. INR 7,222 for entire 2 weeks Training for Non Karnataka Locations
2. INR 8,320 for entire 2 weeks Training for Karnataka Locations
Remuneration (Probation Period – 1 Month)
1. INR 16,667 for entire Probation Period – 1 Month for Non Karnataka Locations
2. INR 19,000 for entire Probation Period – 1 Month for Karnataka Locations
INCENTIVE: 10%* Incentives applicable on the generated revenue.
You will be given an opportunity to join as a Centre Sales Associate after successfully Clearing the Probation Period – 1 Month.
1. The CTC will be revised to 7.5 LPA to 8.5 LPA ( 4.5 LPA to 5.5 LPA Fixed Component + 03 LPA Variable Component.
2. A true Byjuite defines his own limits in terms of his rewards and efforts. There is no bar on the amount of incentive you earn.
3. The position entails rapid growth and learning. A performing associate becomes eligible to get his 1st opportunity within 1.5-2 years to interview for the role of a manager and own revenue responsibility of 20 heads.
4. This role will be on a 06 days working per week model with 01 day week off both during as well as after training.
