JOB DECRIPTION
A. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintaining a deep knowledge of company product (GMC & GPA) & Services.
- Researching & pursuing new business opportunities.
- Meeting sales target.
- Resolving channel partner complaints and issues efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Building & maintaining strong relationship with prospective & existing channel Partner.
- Identifying clients & channel partner needs & requirements & proposing suitable solutions.
- Ensuring channel partner Satisfaction.
B. SKILLS REQUIRED
- Degree in Management , Marketing , Insurance /Banking or a similar role.
- Ability to build & maintain strong client & business relationship.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Good in conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
- Candidate should be aware of Group Medical Cover & Group Personal Accidental policy & sourced in his/her carrier.
- Candidate working with Insurance company in Corporate sales or Group Health Business.
- Fresher with Insurance/ Banking graduate eligible for interview.
