Casagrand Builder Private Limited is a real estate enterprise committed to building aspirations and delivering value. In the last seventeen years, we have developed over 30 million sqft of prime residential real estate across Chennai, Bengaluru, and Coimbatore. Over 22,000 happy families across 125+ landmark properties stand testimony to our commitment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Proven work experience in residential apartments and villas.
2. Should coordinate with external architects and finalize the concept drawing as per the timelines fixed.
3. Should have design knowledge and able to do design and close the concept independently.
4. Very good software skill in AutoCAD & Sketch-up will be added advantages.
5. Study and evaluate each stages and present the plan to the teammates & give consolidated comments to architects for their incorporation.
6. Should be able to handle co-ordination and GFC drawings for entire projects independently.
7. Visit the site and do the site analysis / feasibility.
8. Should do the competitor analysis and give the best product (master plan and unit plans) in the market.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Core Architect with good exposure in Planning and conceptualization in residential, Apartments and Villas.
- MSB / Highrise building Exposure Can be added advantage
Education
UG : B.Arch in Architecture, Diploma in Architecture
PG : M.Arch in Architecture
Doctorate : MPHIL in Architecture, Ph.D/Doctorate in Architecture
Note: Candidates with Interior Exposure and Commercial Exposure is not preferred.
