We are hiring for Technical support with 0-4 years of experience for Rotational shift (24/7)

Below are the details of the Chat process it would be highly appreciated if you could acknowledge on the points discussed over the phone for the Social Process(Chat). 

  • Hiring for : Social Process(chat)
  • Exp : 0-4 yrs
  • Shift Timings – 24/7 (WFO)
  • Week Offs(2) – no fixed offs

Interview Process (5 Rounds) – Initial Screening/ Harver assessment / Technical Round /Ops Round/ HR Discussion
Completely Work from Office (WFO). Immediate joiners only.
Work location : Hyderabad (Hi tech city)
Required : Fluency in English
Experience : 0-4 years
Education : Undergraduates also eligible Services Agreement – 6 months
Skills : Basic knowledge in Hardware Troubleshooting,Basic knowledge in Windows operating system troubleshooting,Basic knowledge of software/drivers / logical understanding of troubleshooting process.
