Required Skills:

  • Handling end to end IT recruitment for our internal requirements across all levels. 
  • Understanding requirements thoroughly & then screening & short-listing the candidatures in accordance to the requirements.
  • Sourcing candidates with various methods like from Job Portals, Networking, Employee referrals & references, Head hunting, Internet job search, social sites.
  • Screening candidate over the phone to judge there suitability as per our requirements based on their communication, behavioral, technical & educational skills.
  • Negotiating & releasing offers to selected candidates & track them till they join the organization.
