Java Developer Roles and Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing Java-based applications.
- Debugging and resolving technical problems that arise.
- Recommending changes to existing Java infrastructure.
- Analyzing user requirements to inform application design.
- Defining application objectives and functionality.
- Aligning application design with business goals.
- Developing and testing software.
- Producing detailed design documentation.
- Developing documentation to assist users.
- Ensuring continuous professional self-development.
Mandatory Skills:
- Excellent in programming using spring and hibernate.
- Developed 2-3 projects under the guidance of any training institute.
Desired Skills:
- Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience with user interface design, database structures, and statistical analysis.
- Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills.
- Good Communication Skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
Salary Package: 1.8Lakhs 2.25lakhs per annum
