We are looking for IT Recruiter.
- Experience Required – 2 – 3 Years
- Notice Period- Immediate to 15 Days
- Reporting to- Manager
- Location of the posting- Madhapur(Hyderabad)
Responsibilities –
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to the appropriate job board.
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
- Screen candidate’s resumes and job applications.
- Assess applicant’s relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with the latest technology.
- Solid ability to interact with candidates.
