JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify & manage reporting requirements for Health Care & Retail programs.
- Creating applications in Access and Excel with the help of VBA
- Meet all SLAs internal and client.
- Review and audit client and internal reports.
- Manage client account team and reports.
- Conduct productive analysis on existing programs to understand future and prospect of the business.
- Documentation updates as and when required. Regular documentation updates on any changes on internal process flows.
- Work on minimizing error level by automating with the help of various tools like VB, Excel, Access, and SQL.
- Create Visio charts for process mapping by creating BRS, TRS etc.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in M.I.S or Work Force Management (preferably in an international BPO/KPO)
- Graduate Preferred
- No Transportation
