Our Technology Team is seeking a Sr. Program Manager to effectively drive Data Protection & GRC Programs in collaboration with cross functional teams. You will partner with engineering leadership, product management and development teams in building more secure products.

UG : B.Sc in Any Specialization, BCA in Any Specialization, B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization
PG :M.Tech in Any Specialization, MCA in Any Specialization, MS/M.Sc(Science) in Any Specialization
This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, in this role you will :
- Lead the team to Program Managers in GRC and Data Protection domain.
- Work with multiple stakeholders across various departments such as IT, Engineering,
Business, Legal, Finance etc to implement controls defined in policies and processes.
- Work with all teams with access to data to ensure they comply with data protection
requirements and their procedures meet our contractual and legal requirements.
- Work with Business, Sales and Customer Support teams to ensure their documentation
and messaging to the customers is accurate from a data privacy point of view.
- Actively contribute in designing, strategizing and implementing cyber security practices
across organizations as appropriate.
- Work with engineering teams in ensuring timely remediation of security vulnerabilities.
- Mediate between VAPT vendors and engineering teams for smooth functioning.
- Work with the Cloud Infrastructure team in identifying and getting security issues
resolved well in time.
- Identify, create and guide on privacy and security requirements considering applicable
Data Protection Laws and implement them across hundreds of software products
developed at Delhivery.
- Document, classify, and create an auditable trace of all data within Delhivery including
Consignee Data, Client Data, Vendor Data and Employee Data.
- Research and brainstorm with engineering teams to figure out how privacy and security
controls can be applied to Delhiverys tech stack.
- Educate employees on data protection.
- Assess vendors’ security posture before onboarding them and after they qualify, review
their security posture at a set frequency until the engagement lasts.
- Answer questions or resolve issues received by the Information Security Team.
- Investigate privacy breaches
- Manage projects with security and audit requirements with internal and external teams
and serve as a liaison among all stakeholders.
- Prioritize security requirements based on their severity of impact and product roadmap.
- Leading the ISO 27001 and ITGC and other data security audits.
- Supporting Business and Client Servicing teams in answering security reviews and
joining client calls.
- Maintain a balance of security and business values across the organization.
Qualifications & Certifications:
- Program / Project Leader with 3+ years of experience in startup and complex
environments. Overall 7-11 years of experience.
- Has previous experience in or has an urge to learn about one of the most booming
domains – data protection and data privacy.
- Referential knowledge of/experience with international compliances, standards &
regulations (ISO 27001, SOC 2 , GDPR, ITGC etc) and other security regulation
requirements.
- CISSP, CEH, CISM, CIPM, CIPT, PMP or similar certifications will be an added advantage.
- Familiar with cloud hosting technologies (ex. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) .
- Experience and comfortable operating in a high-velocity environment.
- You must have strong interpersonal skills and can communicate complex ideas
