REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – 3 – 8 years
QUALIFICTAION – BE / BTECH CIVIL
MANDATORY – Excellent BBS Calculation Skills with hands-on Experience.
AGE – Upto 36yrs

QS CIVIL
– Quantity Estimation experience Good Knowledge of (Bar Bending Schedule ) Knowledge of Material Reconciliation, IS codes for measurements.
– Moderate level of MS office, AutoCAD proficiency Well versed with IS 1200 and other relevant codes for estimation and measurement for RCC and steel structure Knowledge of Tenders, BOQ, BBS & Working Drawings.
– Knowledge of cost control for a large contracting company or Developer. Knowledge of Project Planning Experience in estimation must with analytical knowledge on quantity verifications as per design .
– Should have completed multiple projects as quantity surveyor ON SITE on independent responsibility.
– Should have handled project planning for large projects.
