Ecom Express – Hiring for Sanjeev Delivery Partners

Sanjeev’ is Ecom Express’ Delivery Partner Program through which individuals can partner with Ecom Express to deliver e-commerce packages to people’s homes. Any person, with an android phone and a vehicle can join the program and can get started. This program also offers choice to individuals w.r.t time slot selection and area in which they wish to deliver.

How enrolling into this Program is going to benefit me?

As Ecom Express’ Delivery Partner, you can:

• Decide either to rely on us as a source of your full-time income or your part-time income
• Increase your earning potential – deliver more, earn more
• Get paid on a weekly basis
• Ensure a minimum guaranteed income

What kind of deliveries will I make?

Items could be anything ranging from apparels to electronics, medicine, or anything else which can be ordered from various online shopping portals.

How do I sign-up for ‘Sanjeev’?

To sign-up:

• Download our Delivery Partner App – ‘Ecom Sanjeev’ and complete the registration process by filling in all the details required (you can download the App either from Google Play Store or through this link – https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=in.pytech.ecomdp)
• We will review your application. Successful applicants will be called for a face-to-face on-boarding process
• Applicant to report to the onboarding centre to complete physical verification, and for training and assessment purposes
• Successful onboarding will result in ID and password creation for login to our internal Last Mile App
• You are now our official Delivery Partner

What are the eligibility criteria to enroll in this program?

To become our Delivery Partner:

• You must be 18 years old
• You should have an android smartphone
• You should have a vehicle (2/3/4 wheeler) which meets all the applicable laws and safety requirements
• A valid Driving License
• A valid ID Proof
• A valid PAN Card
• A Savings or a Current Bank Account

Will I get any notification after I have successfully registered myself on the Ecom Sanjeev App?

Yes, after you successfully register yourself on the App, you will receive an SMS confirming your registration.

Can I re-apply if I my previous background check was not successful?

We have two stages of background check:

Step One: We check the authenticity of the documents that you have uploaded on our Ecom Sanjeev App (ensure that you upload quality scans).

Step Two: After you have successfully passed through Step 1, you will be called for a face-to-face physical verification.

Failing in Step 2 would freeze your account, and you will not be able to re-apply with us.

Hence, we encourage you to produce valid ID proofs so that you can experience hassle free on-boarding.

Will I get any kind of training before I go for on-field?

Ecom Express focuses extensively on training its personnel. After your successful joining, we will provide you with training required to perform your job well.
