Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintain relationships with corporate clients of large and small accounts.
- Providing comprehensive reports on day-to-day and monthly performance
- Liaison with internal stakeholders to drive conversions on day-to-day basis.
- Attending-to client queries and escalations and providing solutions.
- Suggest insights and should be responsible for growth of the account.
- Prepare the monthly pre-billing data and reconciliation during the month-end.
- Follow up on payments.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-4 Years in Client Servicing/ Customer Facing function.
- Proven ability in business development and customer service.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Candidates from Logistics industry & immediate joiners are preferred.
