We are hiring experienced Medical Scribes (who have already worked with live providers) at Hyderabad location.
Medical Scribe:
A Medical Scribe is essentially a personal assistant to the physician who performs the documentation in the EHR, Gathering information for the patient’s visit, and partnering with the physician to deliver the pinnacle of efficient patient care.
Position: Medical Scribe Specialist / Sr. Medical Scribe Specialist
Experience: 6 months to 5 yrs in Medical Scribe (Live Documentation in any specialty)
Skills Required:
- Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Good knowledge in Medical Terminology, anatomy, medications, abbreviations, etc.,
- Good Listening skills and ability to understand diverse accents and dialects of providers and patients.
- Good Typing Skills
- Good Analytical Skills with logical reasoning
- Ability to comprehend appropriate information for live scenario
- Punctuality and preparedness for all provider shifts and work related activities.
- Ability to multitask and consistently communicate in a professional manner and handle pressure.
- Good Knowledge on EHR platforms
Responsibilities:
- Documenting relevant information from the conversation between the patient and physician in a specific EHR on real time.
- Summarize medical facts in professional clinical reports (History of Present Illness, Physical Exam, Results, Assessment & Plan).
- Achieve proficiency in navigating EHRs and enter clinical reports and data directly into customer EHRs, adhering to specific guidelines and workflows.
- Keep the provider updated with patients information.
- Collaborate with managers on feedback from providers and successfully resolve issues.
- Understands and complies with policies and procedures related medico legal matters, including confidentiality, release of information, medical records.
- Check and respond to all correspondences through emails.
- Maintaining confidentiality and privacy in accordance with governing HIPAA regulations.
Note: Online interview is also Available but later if you got selected you need to relocate to Hyderabad.

Shift: Night
Timings:
- 8pm to 5am or 9pm to 6am during the training
- Later based on the provider
Working Days: 5 days a week
Cab Facility: Point pickup & Home drop
Service Agreement: 1yrs with Original certificates deposition (including training)
