Roles and Responsibilities
We are hiring Sales and Business Development Executives for Grocery, HoReCa, Memberships, Organisational&Institutional(O&I), General Merchandise(GM) and Saloon,Chemist&Gym(SCG)
segments in Hyderabad
Education: Graduation Not Required
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Close new deals with new businesses.
- Build relationships with the existing customer .
- Cultivate new leads within the sales territory.
- Travel throughout the territory and visit customers on a recurring basis.
- Manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Represent the brand during all customer interactions.
- Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially & professionally.
- Monitor the companys industry competitors, new products and market conditions.
Job Specifications:
- 6 months plus years of experience in sales with any qualification – preferably FMCG sales.
- Ability to work in a pressure environment and manage all your day to day activities.
- Must be outstanding team player.
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple simultaneous tasks.
- Good in communication and negotiate with the customers.
- Work Location: Hyderabad
Salary/CTC: Take Home Salary+PF+Insurance+TADA(Allowances)+Incentives
12500 ( After PF deduction) + TA + DA + Monthly incentive
