Job description
Key Responsibilities Area: Working on IT tool reports, incident, service request, logs etc to analyse and share the presentable analysis report to identify the root cause.
Education: BCA in Any Specialization, B.Sc in Computers, Diploma in Computers, B.Tech/B.E. in Computers OR MBA/PGDM in Information Technology, PG Diploma in Computers, MCA in Computers
Good understanding/ knowledge of Operating System: Windows 10,
Lotus Notes Email / Outlook , Microsoft O365, Exchange, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc. Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, SNMP, SMTP, Inventory Management tool Asset Explorer , Ticketing Tools: Symphony Summit, Remedy, HP Service Manager, Service Now,
Desktop Central Patch Management, Software Removal/ addition , Trend Micro
Cyber security tool Crowd Strike Falcon & Other Security tool Awareness of Incident management, Change management, capacity management, ITSM and ITIL Process Work closely with IT vertical head to get the required data.
