2 to 4 yrs experience in end-to-end IT Recruitment process.
Sourcing & Screening candidates for the desired position by utilizing various source like Job Portal ,Internal Database & networking.
Experience in IT & Technology hiring
Required Candidate profileShould have good communication, convincing skills and negotiation
Must have IT/ Technical recruitment Exposure
Experience in Consultancy / corporate will be an advantage
