Job role-
- High levels of accuracy in transaction processing
- Ability to accurately comprehend the customer request while processing the account
- Deliver great clients and consumers service and seek to exceed client / consumer expectations.
- Adhere to all regulatory requirements within role responsibility and escalate issues quickly.
- Pro-actively identify risks and make recommendation to mitigate these
- Understand and adhere to specific regulatory obligations and company policies and procedures.
Requirements –
- Candidate should be Graduate from any stream (Marks should be 55% or more than 55%)
- Good Typing Skills
- Exposure to MS Office (word, excel etc)
- Excellent attitude and demonstrate the willingness to learn.
- Good Communication skills in English
- Flexible to work in night shifts/extended hours/weekends.
- Strict adherence to UK Banking regulatory requirement.
