Key Highlights of the Program:
Assured Job with HCL after successful completion of the HCL First Careers Training Program. Candidates selected in the recruitment drive will be eligible for HCL First Careers 3-6 month fee-based training for an assured full-time IT job with HCL Technologies.
Location Eligiblity Criteria : Candidate should be a resident of Lucknow, Barabanki, Kanpur, Unnao, Sitapur, Raebareli, Hardoi, Sitapur, Ayodhya(Faizabad), Allahabad & Varanasi.
Eligibility : Fresher Engineers
* Graduate Engineers with B. E/ B. Tech/ B.Sc./ BCA/B.Voc /MCA / M.Sc. (CS/IT)/Integrated MTech/MS with no prior experience or up to 2 years of experience
* 65% & above Marks in Class XII and Graduation or Post Graduation
* Year of Graduation should be 2019, 2020, 2021 & 2022.(Previous year pass outs should have minimum 6 months of work experience)
Eligibility : Service Desk
* UG in any stream.
* 60% & above Marks in Class XII and Graduation
* Year of Graduation could be any.
Starting Salary – CTC 2.20 to 2.75 LPA
Training duration 3 to 6 months
