Job Summary
Responsible for execution of overall Souring, Purchasing & Inventory Control of all types of Packing Materials required for day-to-day Operations by developing vendor/supplier as per the schedule.
Responsibilities and Duties
1. Vendor Sourcing, Development & Management.
2. Review & finalize the Terms of Trade as per the company norms.
3. Responsible to arrange indented packaging materials within the lead time.
4. Inventory Control & Management.
5. Cost Optimization & Process Adherence.
6. Statutory Audits & ISO Compliances
7. Effective implementation of ERP & regular updating the data in ERP Module.
8. MIS preparation and documentation.
PRE-REQUISITES FOR PURCHASE EXECUTIVE
- Work Location: Heritage Foods Limited (Corporate Office-Panjagutta, Hyderabad)
- Role: General Purchase Executive
- Designation: Trainee Executive / Graduate Engineer Trainee
- Salary: 02 Lacs to 3.5 Lacs (Including VP)
- Qualification: B.Tech in Mechanical / EEE / EIE / ECE / CSC Engineering (Preferred)
- Experience Required: 00 to 03 Years ( Freshers can be considered for Trainee Executive )
