Job Details & Responsibilities
- Responsible to counsel the patients with issues pertaining to administrative procedure for availing Corporate Plans
- Coordinates with the corporates for admissions and approval.
- Coordinate with concerned Consultants and respective corporates to facilitate patient care.
- Settles any disputes with patients at the time of billing.
- Supervises and trains worker performing clerical tasks and collection activities.
- Initiates and answers patients correspondence.
- Prepare reports showing numbers and amounts of collection, delinquent accounts and related matters.
- Responsible for the imparting/organizing for functional training for the department staff
- Display the standard protocol of service as per Sindhu Hospital culture while handling patients / patient attendants
- Keep a track on the TATs defined and adhered to the same
- Maintain good interpersonal relationships with Doctors , Patients , Corporate Representatives and other departments
- Should be aware of all the Tariffs as per the Corporate agreements and verify the same while billing
